weekend

Howdy

This weekend was blah.. rainy... crappy.. cranky... at least the rain and cold stops everyone from complaining about how hot it is!! We went to a few open houses on Saturday. Super tiny places for suuuuper expensive! We had brunch at Little Nest. Just about the best restaurant I've taken my childrens too! I suggest you google Little Nest to see what the bruhaha is!

Today is Sunday and we are going out for brunch with some of our favorite people. Mr & Mrs Monkey Duncan and the always adorable Carter AND the entire team Kwan D'Eon! Should be fun to say the least!

This morning we cracked out the notebooks and started learnin' our wordses! My children are obviously super geniuses! We can confirm that they do not get it from Auntie Erin! hahahahahah

Man your storytelling is riveting Vash!
One of the vets I work with told me the story on how she got pregnant the other day. Well, how she found out she was pregnant, and it reminded me of our mom.

Her mom, *lets call her Mabel* called her daughter *call her Ann* up out of the blue to tell her that she (mabel) was experiencing nausea, and the reason that Mabel was experiencing it was because she was taking on the early symptoms of pregnancy for Ann. Mabel urged Ann to get the pregnancy test and sure enough, Ann was pregnant.
Sounds like our mom eh?

Cute pics and great A's Maeve, I wish My A's was as firm and uniform!

Man sounds like one of Rowenas's stories, Chinese are very literal, not like us fibbing Irish, and I will often will linger on her ever word with such tales of the time she went to the grocery store and she forgot to buy bananas..the end. Or when she went dress shopping when she was a girl and found a pretty dress but it was too expensive....The end...I could go on and on.....Someone please kill me.

Kev and I are going away today by ourselves for two whole night. Not sure where, just somewhere. Might be pender harbour. Have a good day.
