Congratulations
Big big congratulations to Craig, Roan and Hilary! Little Halen Decker McEwen was born yesterday after a stunning 54 minutes of labour!! My god, Hilary was born to give birth! They are all doing well and were on their way home when I last spoke to Hilary! Yay Team McEwen!
On other unrelated news, life on the farm is.... farmtastic? The girls LOVE it here during the daytime. Night time seems to be a little challenging for Madigan who was up ALL night as tho she had reverted back to some sort of infant nursing schedule! I so thought we were weaning. Oh well... Big Robin brought me a coffee and donuts as a consolation prize for winning the award for; " Child up all night with AMAZING vocal range"
Yesterday Danica, the girls and I all went to Swy A Lana Lagoon. I haven't been there in EONS! As it turns out Civic arena is a thing of the past. Yes yes, I do recall you all telling me but I didn't believve you until I saw it myself!!

Are you motivated to move to naniamo? I am pretty sure your mom wouldn't mind. Well, hope you have a great mothers day. Deb

Good to see you all, thanks for the visit! I put my swy-a-lana pics up just now.
Love you all!! and happy mudders day!
thank you for sharing your girls with us Michael. We had such a good time with them all (during the day at least) The girls are so wonderful, smart, beautiful and good. (except for one who shall remain nameless)She is smarter than most and very devilish....but I LOVE THAT IN HER!!
Thank you Vashti for being you, a good mother, daughter and friend.
I love you forever,
meghnl
Glad to hear you guys had a good visit!!! How lucky is nonie to have so many beautiful girls in her life! I gotta ask, is that a banana cone? Hope to see you soon. love and hugz
miss maeve looks so gorgeous in the close-up shot with the fruity cone and madigan looks adorable with her little romper and hat! i know that you are of the canadian kind, but in those photos they both look so prim, proper and feminine, they look downright uppercrusty british! you must've taken something away from your stay there (besides bad dentistry).
we sure miss the mussellam girls (all 3 of 'em).
love,
lisa
that 'banana' cone is my brilliant daughters intelligent way of giving a treat, but staying within the nutritional needs of her babies. It has a kiss of icecream, and is mostly banana, strawberry and mango. The girls love it and I think she should patent it.
Not just a good mom, a GREAT mom.
not that I am in any way biased.
love to everyone,
meghnl
ahhh nuts, i read moms post and it really took the wind out of my sails for teasing vashti about being the lame hippy mother that gave her kids carob bars and soy shakes while the other kids tried to tackle a medium skor blizzard....ooooooo i miss blizzards.....1000 sweet sweet calories...any how the fruit cup thing sounds sooo good, fresh mangos and banana with a little ice cream, anyhow the girls look great I miss them too much for words.
