After months of living a devil-may-care lifestyle in the backwoods of England, the Clan has moved onto the next leg of the wacky adventure and are transported back to the unruly urban melting pot of Vancouver, Canada. Let's move closer to see what Daddy Michael, Mommy Vashti, Big Sister Maeve and Little sister Madigan are up to now...

Ok so the pictures sort of came out in a rambled jumble order but here goes. Maeve playing in a box was taken today. She decorated the outside and inside of the box. Fun was had, tipping the box over while inside was fun, then the tears came when Mommy caught her chewing the tip off the marker that she had been decorating with! The joys of wondering if colours taste as good as they look. FYI They don't! Second pic is at Makadoodlenut's 3rd birthday at jumpin' jiminy's! It was a blast. I so wouldn't have brought Maeve there on my own but once I pulled my head out of my butt and ran around sliding with the kids it was SOoOOoo much fun! Big thanks to Auntie Linds, Uncle Bro and Makenna for inviting us! Third pic is more boxing around. Last pic is Auntie Linds holding our gorgeous Madigan. Now, if you look really hard you can see that there is NO pink on the child! I have grown and therefore my second child wont always be dressed in solid pink! Auntie Sara picked this cute little dress up when we went to Bellingham! Today of course, Madigan is wearing head to toe pink! 6-12 month pink pants that are almost too small and an 18-24 month shirt that Maeve *just* grew out of. By my scale Madigan weighs in at a whopping 13.5 lbs and Maeve weighs 30.5. Maeve's might not be 100% accurate but I weighed myself without Madigan and then with her and the difference was 13.5lbs!

Today was GORGEOUS! We hit the vancouver aquarium with Milo, Theo and Angela. Lunch with Belugas and hawks were fun but weighing these two otters was more fun! Ok ok, only Milo was an otter. Each of them stepped on the seal scale and got weighed. I can't remember what Maeve weighed only that it was more than the much taller Milo! Madigan was spotted sporting some stylin' shades at Douglas park before the aquarum outing. Mommy and Maeve and Maeve and some fishy friends. We had a very fun sunny thursday and are looking forward to a sunny friday! This weekend we are off to Nanaimo for Maeve's cousin Makenna's 3rd birthday. Its in some crazy ballroom with tonnes of stuff entertain the little ones!

Of course Maeve is in love with a guy with a Mohawk! I can see the future kids and it looks grim!! Just kidding! This is Ronan and he and Maeve are in love! He calls her "May-Mays" its pretty frigging cute! This picture was taken in what is quite possibly, the biggest puddle ever! We hit kits beach the other day to do some puddle stomping! Note the puddle is over the boot line. The two kids loved tho! Mommies and younger siblings did not attend the puddle stomping session. We oohed and ahhed and took p ictures!
